Shipping policy
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Carrier and delivery: Orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times depend on your location and are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping cost: Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email info@humidite.net and we will help.
Return and refund policy
All sales are final. Once a humidité product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including buyer's remorse.
Exceptions: We will replace an item only if it arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item. To request a replacement, contact info@humidite.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item. Requests without photo proof will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. If your order does not arrive, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Privacy
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you join The Tide, we also collect your name and social handle. We use this only to send you updates about humidité and its launch, and to run our creator program.
We use Klaviyo to send our emails and Shopify to process orders and payments. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by emailing info@humidite.net.
When the store opens, Shopify's full privacy policy and terms of service are available at checkout.
